We accept major credit cards and other secure methods listed on the site. If a product is out of stock, we’ll let you know and either cancel or refund your order as needed. Prices are listed in Australian dollars and may be subject to changes.
5. Shipping and Delivery We ship both domestically and internationally using Australia Post. Here’s the breakdown:
Domestic Shipping:
Expect your order in 2-3 business days for standard, and up to 2 days for express.
International shipping:
Times will vary based on your location and will be calculated at checkout. Automatic tracking notifications will keep you updated. Free shipping applies to any orders of two or more items, as long as your total spend is $150.00 or more. (Current promotion has free shipping available on all orders Australia wide, limited time only)
6. Returns and Refunds
We want you to love your Side Alley. threads, but here’s what happens if something’s not quite right:
Change of mind:
Return unworn, unwashed items in the same condition within 14 days, and you’ll get store credit. Return shipping costs are on you.
Defective items: If we sent you something faulty, we’ve got you covered. Contact us within 14 days and we’ll refund you in full and cover return shipping. We reserve the right to decline returns if care instructions were not followed.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, and trademarks on our website are owned by Side Alley. Don’t use them without our permission—let’s keep things friendly.
8. Limitation of Liability
