‍Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1 to 2 business days.

‍Free Shipping: Receive free shipping on any orders of two or more items, with a total order value of $100.00 or more (Current promotion has free shipping available on all orders Australia wide, limited time only).

International Shipping (via Australia Post) We ship internationally using Australia Post to ensure reliable delivery to various countries. Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination. These will be calculated at checkout, and tracking details will be provided so you can follow your package every step of the way.

All orders, both domestic and international, come with automatic tracking notifications, keeping you updated on the status of your delivery from dispatch to arrival.

2. Returns and Refunds Policy
‍We want you to love your Side alley threads. If you need to return an item, here’s how we handle it:

‍Change of Mind Returns You may return any unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be in the exact same condition as when it was provided, including all original tags. Return shipping for change of mind returns is at the customer’s expense. Upon inspection and approval of the returned item, we will issue you store credit for the value of your returned item(s).

‍Defective Items
‍If you receive a defective product, we offer free returns and will issue a full refund.

Please notify us within 14 days of receiving the item, and we will provide a return label for shipping back the defective item. Important: If care instructions have not been followed correctly, we reserve the right to decline a return for defective items.
